Does the trial cost me anything?

No. The trial is completely free and there is nothing to cancel: the server stops automatically after 24 hours. Costs only arise once you convert it into a regular server.

Do I need payment details?

No. You only sign in with your account and confirm your email like a normal order. A credit card or other payment details are not required.

How quickly is my trial server ready?

Instantly: after the confirmation your trial server is provisioned automatically, usually in under 60 seconds. You will find the access details right in the panel.

What happens after the trial?

The server stops and is kept for a short grace period. Your data stays intact during that time so you can decide in peace.

Can I keep the server?

Yes. You can convert it into a regular server at any time from your dashboard. Your worlds and settings stay intact. Your server moves to another host system during this and is briefly offline. Afterwards it has a new address (IP and port), which you can find in the server management.

How often can I test?

The number of trial servers per account is limited so there is enough free for everyone. As soon as a test is possible again, you see it right on this page.

Are there restrictions during the trial?

Backups, game switching and addons are locked during the trial. Once you convert it into a regular server, everything unlocks. Whatever is currently locked is shown directly in the server management.

Is the trial server protected against DDoS attacks?

Yes. Every trial server automatically runs behind our DDoS protection, with nothing for you to set up.

Does my data stay intact?

Yes. As long as your trial is running or the server is in the grace period, your world and settings stay intact. If you convert it into a regular server, nothing is lost.

Citadel: Forged With Fire puts you into a medieval fantasy world full of magic, dragons and dangerous creatures. You play a wizard in a large open world that mixes RPG, survival and spellcasting. Where your journey leads is up to you.

The start is all about the basics: gathering resources, building and setting up a safe base. After that, magic opens up, as you research spells, combine them and craft powerful artefacts. Meanwhile your fortress grows from a simple hut into a hard-to-crack stronghold.

Along the way you will find mountain paths, mysterious ruins and enemies that will not simply let you pass. You can tame creatures, ride dragons and make your way alone or in co-op with friends. With other players you form alliances or measure yourself against them in PvP fights.
