Mindustry combines tower defense with resource management. You build sprawling production chains, extract raw materials and defend your base against waves of enemies. Planning and overview count for more here than quick reflexes.

At its core, everything revolves around gathering and processing resources, which become factories, defensive structures and weapon systems. The maps are full of resources waiting to be mined and refined. At the same time you have to protect your base, which demands a constant balance between production and defence.

The game offers PvE and PvP modes: you compete against the AI or against other players. In co-op, you build production chains and defensive lines together. Enemies grow stronger with every wave, so you have to rethink your layouts and strategies regularly.
