The Front is a survival game set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland ruled by mutants and hostile factions. Supplies are scarce, the environment is harsh, and every scavenging run can go wrong. Anyone who wants to last here plans ahead and turns back in time.
Gather resources, build a base and defend it against zombie-like creatures. Other players can become a threat as well, whether you travel alone or join a team. How well you expand and fortify your base determines how long you hold out.
The game world is vast and detailed: you comb through the desert, secure valuable materials and raise your own fortress in the middle of the chaos. Building gives you plenty of freedom, from a purely functional shelter to a heavily developed compound.
On your own The Front server at EmeraldHost you decide how you play: PvP or peaceful coexistence, gathering rates, difficulty and who gets to join in the first place. Your world keeps running while you are offline, so your group can pick up where you left off.
