To keep your game server running, renew its runtime in time. You can do this either manually with the Renew button or automatically, so you no longer have to keep track of the expiry date.
Check the Runtime
Open your server's dashboard. In the Overview, Expires in the Server Information box shows how long your server has left, e.g. "in 4 days".
Available Durations
From 90 days on, you get a discount that grows with the duration:

Renew Your Server Manually

Open the renewal
Open your server's dashboard and click Renew at the top. The Renew Server dialog opens. -
Choose a duration
In the Runtime step, choose how long you want to renew your server. 30 days is preselected. At the bottom you see the Total for the selected duration. -
Choose a payment method
In the Payment Method step, choose how you want to pay. -
Check the summary
Check your selection and the Total in the Summary step and complete the renewal.
Set Up Automatic Renewal
With automatic renewal, your server is renewed automatically shortly before it expires. For this you store a payment method, which is kept securely with our payment provider and charged shortly before expiry.

Open auto-renewal
Open your server's Overview. As long as your server is not renewed automatically, the Auto-renewal box shows "Your server will not renew automatically" and the status Inactive. Use this box to open the Auto-renewal dialog. -
Choose a payment method
In the Payment method step, pick the payment method we should use to renew your server. You can choose between Credit card, PayPal, EPS and Pay by Bank. -
Start the setup
Click Continue to setup and follow the steps up to the Review.
