You can adjust the speed of in-game time and the brightness of nights via the dashboard.

Open dashboard
Open the dashboard of your server. -
Open settings
Navigate to the Settings. -
Adjust time multiplier
Enter the desired value in the Time Multiplier field (range:0-24). -
Set darker nights (optional)
Enable the Darker Nights option to get more realistic and darker nights. Players will then need a light source to orient themselves. -
Restart the server
Save the settings and restart your server.
