You can enable or disable the crosshair via the dashboard.

Open dashboard
Open the dashboard of your server. -
Open settings
Navigate to the Settings. -
Toggle crosshair
Enable or disable the Disable Crosshair option:- Enabled: Players have no crosshair and must use iron sights or scopes
- Disabled: Players have a crosshair on screen

Restart the server
Save the setting and restart your server.
