What are the obligations?
By placing an order with EmeraldHost, there are no further obligations for you. There is neither a minimum contract period nor a cancellation period or notice. If the prepaid credit is used up, the rented services are simply paused or switched off after a certain time.
Can the credit account be overdrawn?
Due to our credit system, the maximum amount that can be spent is what was loaded. This means that it is not possible to overdraw the credit account. So you pay a maximum of what you load.

There are no additional costs under any circumstances. Support as well as consulting or similar services are always free of charge.
What information must be provided?
For a free registration only a username, an email address and a password to log in again are necessary. Thus, you remain anonymous at all times. The only exception is the ordering of domains. Here, the full name, address and other data are necessary, which must be provided during the ordering process and are transmitted to the registry for owner information.
How is payment made?
You can top up your balance using paysafecard, PayPal, Instant bank transfer, giropay or credit card. These payment methods are especially characterized by their security. The credit loading takes place within a few minutes.
